GERMAN CARVED OAK AND WROUGHT IRON, WEDDING CHEST, 1846 H 28", W 49", D 24":German carved oak wedding chest with wrought iron hardware. Having wood peg and dove tail construction. Dated 1846 and Initials "Mk & Km" on arched hinged lid. Interior reveals a small side shelf. Bracket feet. Has a key which has broken off in lock but is operable.
