Chinese, Late 19th/Early 20th century, possibly earlier. Porcelain bowl with shaped rim decorated with spiral decoration on yellow ground above blue and floral band surrounding tondo with seated Quanyin figure a top a scaled dragon form serpent in green stylized water. Diety figure next to smaller male figure offering a plant gift while standing on a pink lotus blossom. Marked on bottom in blue under glaze. Height 3.6", diameter 16.75".
