Silver Creamer, Thomas Knox Emery, Boston, c. 1805, helmet-shape body on a circular trumpet-shape pedestal on square base; high-loop reeded strap handle tapering to end, engraved oval under the spout with engraved inscription "DW to BW," maker's stamp on underside of handle top, (minor wear), ht. 7 1/8 in., approx. 8 troy oz. Wear to engraving from polishing, small solder repair on bottom of pedestal.
