Inlaid Gilt-metal Devotional Plaque, Nepal, Newari, 18th/19th century, centered around the four-armed figure of Vishnu in high relief with inlay of mother-of-pearl, hardstones, and glass backed by foil within gilt filigree, the elaborate background with blossoms and scrolling foliage with further inlaid accents, the ornate frame embellished with turquoise borders and similar filigree work, 14 1/4 x 11 1/2 in.
