First edition, with square brackets enclosing copyright statement on title, page forty-five misnumbered fifty-four, oblong format, 100 pages; bound in original limp paper, with blue covering paper, leather spine, covering damaged with losses to paper, old signature and corner tear with loss to blank margin of title, contents evenly toned with occasional spotting, 8 3/4 x 5 1/2 in. ESTC locates four copies in American libraries, two at the American Antiquarian Society, one at the Newberry Library, and one at the University of Washington.
