Provincial French Cupboard, single door decorated with two carved panels each with stylized baroque cartouches and pendant leaf-form ornaments, frame similarly carved, raised on scrolled feet, ht. 80 1/2, wd. 28 1/4, dp. 17 1/2 in. Scattered worming and abrasions consistent with usage wear. One small area of molding loose to the side between large panels. Vertical cracks through all panels some with large gaps. Cornice re-bracketed with separation between one joint. Lock mechanism does not hold within case. Back stabilized with board across the panels. Inside fitted with a later shelving unit.
