Two Botanical Prints from The Ladies' Wreath , 1849-50 Double Laurel Rose & Philica and Tuberose & Lion's Tongue Unsigned. Hand-colored lithographs on paper, sheet sizes 8 3/8 x 5 5/8 in. (21.2 x 14.2 cm), framed. Condition: Foxing, toning, nicks and wear to edges. N.B. The Ladies' Wreath was an illustrated annual published by Martyn & Ely, 162 Nassau-Street, New York. These two prints were among the embellishments to the 1849-1850 book, vol. 3.
