Double-page engraved copper-plate map, hand-colored, with central fold, seals in the top corners, a central cartouche at the foot, with text boxes flanking it, matted and framed, 19 1/2 x 13 1/2 in. visible through the mat opening. This plan is based on the Braun and Hogenberg view of the city from 1572.
