ITALIAN SPEEDMASTERO mega, “Speedmaster Professional”, movement No. 45251698, Ref. DD 145.0022. This specific model is No. 103 of a limited edition of 500 examples for the Italian market. Sold on December 4, 1986. Fine and rare, asymmetric, stainless steel and 14K gold gentleman`s wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, tachometer and a gold-plated Omega buckle. This watch is sold with a box, Certificate of Authenticity, and 2-year Omega guarantee. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, lyre-shaped lugs, integral guard for the polished round button pushers and crown, gilt bezel with tachometer graduation to 500 UPH, back with Speedmaster medallion in the center and engraved circularly: “Flight-Qualified By NASA For All Manned Space Missions – The First Watch Worn On The Moon”. Black with applied luminous baton indexes, sunk twotone gilt subsidiary dials for the constant seconds, the 30-minute and 12-hour registers, outer minute/ seconds and 1/5th seconds divisions. Luminous white “baton” hands, luminous white “arrow” chronograph hand. Cal. 861, yellow-colored, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic, balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 42 mm.
