Apollo XI 25th Anniversary Omega, “Speedmaster Professional”, No. 2270/2500, case No. 48317475 Ref. ST 3450062. Made in a limited edition of 2500 pieces in 1994 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the first moon landing, sold on December 24th, 1997. Fine and rare, asymmetric, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers and a stainless steel Omega bracelet with deployant clasp signed “Speedmaster”. Accompanied by the original box, warranty, certificate, Apollo XI patch and booklets. Three-body, polished and brushed, lyre lugs, crown and pusher with integrated guard, case band engraved: “Apollo XI 1969 – 1994”, screwed-down case back engraved with the Speedmaster logo surrounded by the inscription: “First Watch Worn on the Moon - Flight-Qualified by NASA for All Manned Space Missions, Limited Edition, 2270/2500”, tachometer graduation on the black bezel to 500 UPH. Black with luminous baton indexes, outer 1/5th seconds divisions, subsidiary guilloché dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers. Luminous white baton hands. Cal. 861, copper-colored, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, selfcompensating flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
