Signed Empire Watch Co., Geneva, nickel chrome, two body, polished, hinged case back, bevelled bezel, wire lugs. two-tone silver with painted and radium-coated indexes, auxiliary seconds dial. "Lozenge" radium-coated blued steel hands. Notes The Auto-Rem self-winding mechanism (with rotor à butoirs) was the first system of Universal to be internationally patented in 1925.
