A group of two likely Mississippian Native American (800-1600 AD) grey pottery effigy bowls, one smaller with an animal head to one end opposed by a short protruding tail; the second and larger bowl as a bird having beaked head with reticulated eye opposed by tail feathers to other side of rim, the rim with incised lines suggesting feathers. Large bowl approximately 3.625" tall, 10.5" wide. Small bowl approximately 3.25", 6.75" wide.
