Attributed to Mabel May Woodward (American, 1877-1945) Village Street in Summer Unsigned, identified on a label affixed to the reverse. Oil on canvas, 20 x 16 in. (51.0 x 40.5 cm), in a Motyka frame. Condition: Lined, retouch to former crease along vertical central axis and u.r. Provenance: From the family of a nephew of the artist in Alfred, Maine, to Paul Lantagne, to the current owner. There is a repaired vertical crease through the center of the composition and also a repair in the upper right corner.
