Slip-decorated Pottery Jar on Stand, England, early 19th century, with inverted acorn finial on domed cover, cylindrical jar supported on a circular stand, brown and cream-colored marbled slip glaze, (minor chips and hairline), ht. 10 3/4 in. Tiny chip on tip of finial, 1 1/2 in. hairline to interior of jar, several tiny chips to everted edge of jar, another coverwith similar glaze accompanies the jar.
