Windsor Carved Fan-back Armchair, probably Nantucket, late 18th century, refinished, ht. 44, seat ht. 18 in. One of the turned stiles, and the center and left facing spindle have been replaced, there's a 1/2 x 4 in. shallow loss on crest, the rt. facing arm is a little loose in the joinery, a patch repair that shows on the underside of the seat where the replaced stile must have broken out of, the surfaced refinished.
