Benjamin Willard Cherry Tall Clock, Grafton, Massachusetts, c. 1770, the pagoda top with brass finials, freestanding columns flanking the hood door over the composite brass Roman numeral dial with silvered chapter ring, seconds dial and name boss in the arch engraved Benjamin Willard/Grafton/Fecit , matted center and cast brass spandrels, the serpentine shaped waist door over the two-stage base molding, eight-day brass hour-striking movement regulated by a pendulum cast with "Morris" and powered by two iron weights, ht. 88 in.
