Federal Cherry Tall Clock by Benjamin Morrill, Boscawen, New Hampshire, c. 1815, with 12-inch painted iron dial with Roman numerals signed Benjmn Morrill, Boscawen , solid line inlay decorated fret, three plinths and brass finials, flat inlaid columns flanking the glazed hood door, fluted columns flanking the rectangular waist door with diamond-shaped inlay and banding, base with line and fan inlays all on a French foot base with scalloped apron, eight-day time and strike movement with tin cased weights and pendulum, ht. 92 in. Dial relined, original hands, pendulum weights and finials, old refinish.
