Two theater playbills. The first is an 1837 playbill for the Theater Royal, Covent Garden production of The Bridal as well as the Opera of Fra Diavolo . The second is an 1869 playbill for the comedy Home ! starring Mr. Southern as well as for the farce Easy Shaving. The two playbills are accompanied by a bill for "Wombwell's Royal and Unrivalled Menagerie!" a 19th century exhibition of rare and unusual animals.
