A group of Rick Griffin drawings and lettering relating to the 1985 album Revelation by the Darrell Mansfield Band. The first item is a paint on tracing paper drawing of a face with a sword protruding from its mouth, reflecting the figure seen on the final album artwork. The second item is a film overlay of a proposed cover for the album. The third item is a page of mixed media lettering on tracing paper affixed to paper. All three pieces are framed. Accompanied by a copy of the album. With a pencil on tracing paper drawing of a similar figure with the lettering "The Gates of Hell Shall Not Prevail," housed in a Perspex frame. Darrell Mansfield has been inducted into the Hohner Harmonica Hall of Fame.
