A Rick Griffin signed airbrush on board painting similar to the artwork he created for the Grateful Dead's 1981 album Reckoning . The final artwork for the album cover is the same stencil work design in a different color palette than seen here. The image is a skull and crossbones flanked by a "G" and "D." At the center of the crossbones, a Phoenix rises from a heart ringed with roses. Accompanied by a Grateful Dead 1980 15th Anniversary tour program with similar cover image.
