A Rawlings Official Major League Baseball (Selig) signed and inscribed by Baseball Hall of Fame Inductee Al Kaline. The ball has been signed by Kaline on the sweet spot along with the inscription "HOF 80." Kaline has then added another 12 inscriptions to the baseball in his own handwriting, listing many statistics and accomplishments from his career. Inscriptions inlude "2,834 Games/ 10,116 at BAts/ .297 Career Avg./ 498 Doubles/ 75 Triples/ 1,622 Runs/ 1,583 RBI's/ 399 Home Runs/ 10 Gold Gloves/ 18 All Star Games/ 1955 Batting Champ/ 3.007 Hits." Signature and inscriptions all in blue ink. Affixed to the baseball is a sticker from ReggieJackson.com numbering the ball "211/1000." While there are 1,000 balls listed in the edition number, it has been speculated that far less than 1,000 baseballs were ever signed and inscribed.
