A mixed media with applied rhinestones on paper costume design sketch of Elvis Presley by Bill Belew. The sketch is inscribed in pencil "Romano-Make suit in black cordovan leather, follow jean suit as pattern. Line suit in black silk. Saddle stitch in silk thread" and '' 'Elvis Special' Bill Belew 1968" in ink. Belew designed costumes for Elvis from 1968 to 1977. The sketch was donated by Belew to a Desert AIDS Foundation charity auction. The former owner lent the piece to Graceland, where it was on display for over a decade.
