A white leather prototype belt signed on the back by Elvis Presley. The belt was designed by Bill Belew, who sent this belt to Presley with this message written on back: "Elvis this samples of eagles I'll use. Ok with you [sic]." Elvis wrote in response "Ok Elvis." The belt, with six gold tone bald eagles with American flag emblems, was for Presley's costume for the 1973 Aloha from Hawaii concert. The belt was returned to Belew to complete the final costume.
