A costume worn by Geena Davis as April Page in the motion picture Tootsie (Columbia, 1982). The outfit consists of a plaid shirt, a grey wool skirt, a white lab coat, a floral patterned bra, a pair of maroon Bass shoes, and a pink paisley scarf that was not seen in the final version of the film. Davis wore this outfit in the scene when she is informed that the fictional soap opera Southwest General would be filmed in front of a live audience. Costume design by Ruth Morley. Jessica Lange won an Oscar for Best Actress in a Supporting Role, and the film was nominated for seven other Oscars. Accompanied by a certificate of of authenticity and a copy of the film.
