Gibson Guitar Sclupture, 10 foot tall, fiberglass. Matt is a 43 year od mixed media artist from Portland, Maine who has resided in Miami for 12 years. His art work reflects his love of the ocean and his interest in the intracacies of nature. He is a devoted beach comber and uses found objects in his pieces. The diverse culture and vibrancy make Miami an exciting and creatively inspiring place. My guitar has a sunburst image composed of sea glass, tile, and miscellaneous found objects from Miami's beaches that transitions into a painted surface. The painted area evoke a tiled surface. The sunburst is my interpretation and homage to a timeless design that was and is the Les Paul Standard Guitar. Categories: Gibson Guitar
