The group includes two pairs of game worn cleats, the first a pair of Nike brand cleats featuring Offerdahl's number "56" written on the back in black marker; each cleat is signed by Offerdahl in orange marker. The second pair are Pony brand cleats, also each signed by Offerdahl in black marker. Included are an Offerdahl Wilson brand practice worn jersey in Dolphins aqua green coloring with the number "56" in white on the front and back of the jersey, Offerdahl's game worn knee pad that features his number "56" and is signed by Offerdahl in black marker, a game worn helmet insert signed by Offerdahl in silver marker, and Offerdahl's name plate from his locker in the Dolphins locker room.
