An original 12 page script regarding the “Bond-A-Month Plan” to enable professional and self –employed people to a previously un-offered alternate payroll savings plan to purchase bonds where they bank, created for and read by Pickford at a related event (late 1940s) together with a black three ring folder with Pickford’s name embossed in gold at bottom right. 9 by 11 ½ inches.
