The pieces are accompanied by a single page of Marriott letterhead with sketches of jewelry ideas, including the ankh pieces included in this lot. The jewelry was made for Madonna by friend and jewelry designer Maripol. The pieces are also accompanied by a typed letter on Maverick letterhead signed by Caresse Henry, Madonna's longtime manager stating the authenticity of the pieces.
