A yellowed latex mold worn by an alien character in Cocoon (20th Century Fox, 1985). The mold wraps around the head, neck, and shoulders. The film won two Academy Awards in 1986 for Best Supporting Actor and Best Visual Effects. Accompanied by a copy of the film.
