964. Male Ventriloquist Figure. England, Quisto (Edwin Simms), ca. 1945. Handsome figure includes five movements – arm, winker, eyes, upper lip, jaw – and cigarette smoking/water spitting feature. 30” tall. Clothes and wig appear original, but possibly repainted. Worn but good working condition.
