Ben Smith (American (Atlanta, Georgia), 20th century). "Untitled", ceramic and feathers, apparently unsigned. A hand molded figural mask in clay depicting a grotesque human face partially formed on right side and bearing a horn from the left side of head and with red feathers extending up from its crown, mounted on a cylindrical shaft to a red painted stepped pedestal base. Overall approximate height 20.5", width 7", depth 4".
