Carved and Gilded Tooth Trade Sign, America, 19th century, in the shape of a molar with two iron hanging hooks, ht. 12 1/2 in. Provenance: Antique Associates at West Townsend, West Townsend, Massachusetts, 2003. Estimate $800-1,200 Gilding is toned and has some wear, but there are no obvious areas of damage or repair.
