Quarto, full original calf, with 1707 printed bookplate of Samuel Phillips inside front cover, bookplate of the Beverly Historical Society library on front end paper, and pencil inscription noting the loan of the book to the society by Mrs. John C. Phillips dated 1919, the title page signed by S. Phillips, front and rear endpapers with early ink inscriptions, 7 1/2 x 6 in.
