British, Late 18th/Early 19th century. Rare collection of three figural sculpted leather handled vessels comprising of a large toby jug depicted seated wearing signature hat and holding stein in hand; and two smaller mugs also in polychromed leather depicting men with pointed noses. All unmarked. Overall approximate height of large toby jug 7.9". Approximate height of smaller figural mugs 4". Provenance: Moubray House Antiques and Castle Antiques, Edinburgh, Scotland whereby acquired by the Estate of Dr. Woody and Mrs. Honor Cobbs, Atlanta, Georgia in August of 1971.
