The Clockmaker's Shop. Iohan Stradamus invenit, Phts Galle excud, Germany, circa 1600.Fine and very rare woodcut depicting clockmakers shop. Notes Good condition in much later gilt frame.This is one of the best known, and one of the earliest, horological prints, it gives us very rare view of the inside of early horological shop and the clocks produced.
