Burl Veneered and Highly Inlaid Longcase Clock, William Elsgood, Norwich, England, scalloped-top hood above the freestanding fluted columns, composite brass dial with strike/silent in the arch, matted center, roman numeral silvered chapter ring, seconds and date wheels, figured waist door with compass star inlay, fluted quarter-columns terminating in lamb's ear, bottom section with similar decoration, eight-day time and hour-strike movement, regulated by a pendulum and two lead weights, ht. 89 in. without finials.
