R. 383, white earthenware wall plaque, stamped "Empreinte Originale de Picasso," stamped maker's mark "Madoura Plein Feu," edition of 500, 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 in. Estimate $5,000-7,000 Two very small chips and a small area of glaze abrasion to the right of the face. Irregularities in the black outlines seem to be in the making.
