Model 1840 NCO Sword, c. 1864, brass hilt and grip marked "GWC" on the knuckle bow, blade marked "AMES" and G.K.C./1864," and a leather scabbard with brass throat and drag, blade lg. 31 1/2, overall lg. 38 in. Provenance: The collection of Ron Tunison. Estimate $200-400 In overall very good condition with a few small cracks on the leather scabbard.
