Attributed to Worthington Whittredge (American, 1820-1910) Hudson Valley Oil Sketch. Monogrammed "WW" in red l.r., inscribed "WORTHINGTON WHITTREDGE" in red on the reverse, with a label from John Castano Galleries affixed to the frame backing. Oil on canvas mounted to cardstock, 3 x 4 1/2 in., framed. Condition: Varnish discoloration, varnish inconsistency in the area of the initials, minor surface grime.
