A columnar pedestal in the Italian Baroque style, on a square base with a round, overhanging top, covered in crackled red faux leather with decorative gilt tool work, including a central acanthus medallion to the top, scrolled foliage, flutes, and vines to the body and base, and polychromed copper banding. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 36.25", diameter 12.2".
