Silk Needlework Memorial, Massachusetts, c. 1812, silk and watercolor on silk, depicting urn topped memorials flanking a pointed section with verse, kneeling woman to the side, willow tree behind the monuments, sailing vessels in the background, left memorial in memory of Paul Mandell Esq. 1809, right memorial in memory of Mrs. Susannah, consort of Mr. Paul Mandell 1812, sight size 16 1/2 x 20 5/8 in., framed. Condition: Some foxing and staining, tears, stabilized in middle of monument, not examined out of frame.
