White Mohair Teddy Bear with Provenance, c. 1910, probably Steiff but no button, black shoe-button eyes, brown stitched nose, mouth and claws, excelsior stuffing, growler (not functioning), tan felt pads, well-furred, (very minor loss, bend at left knee, small hole beside eye at bridge of nose with fur loss around spot), ht. 13 1/2 in. Provenance: From the family of original owner who was born in 1907.
