Classical Mahogany Carved Girandole Wall Timepiece, attributed to J. L. Dunning, Burlington, Vermont, c.a 1818-20, the molded wooden bezel opens to a painted iron dial inscribed "... Dunning" and brass weight-driven movement above the tapering molded throat with mahogany panel flanked by carved scroll side pieces and circular molded door with pierced mahogany panel, all resting on scroll carved acanthus leaf bracket, (imperfections), lg. 39 in. not including finial.
