Brussels Tin Glazed Earthenware Apothecary Jar, Belgium, 18th century, cylindrical shape with blue decorated lion mask handles and title "Riz", with fitted brass cap, rim ht. 6 3/8 in. Glaze loss surrounding top rim and to areas of highest relief on lion masks; a few slight footrim flakes; brass cover with repairs and soldering.
