Provenance: Benjamin Ginsburg, New York, advertised in The Magazine Antiques, April 1977, p. 639; Lillian Cogan, Farmington, Connecticut, December 1978. Literature: Illustrated and described in Louis Lipski and Michael Archer, Dated English Delftware: Tin-Glazed Earthenware, 1600-1800 (London: Philip Wilson Publishers, 1984), no. 349. Estimate $700-900 Minor glaze loss at rim, but no obvious cracks or evidence of repair. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
