Inlaid Mahogany Veneer Wooden Tea Caddy, America, early 19th century, the hinged top centered with an oval paterae, (losses to edge stringing), ht. 4 1/2, wd. 4 3/4, dp. 3 1/2 in. much of the edge stringing on box corners is gone, some remains on the cover and patial areas, empty interior some lead foil fragments remain.
