French copper bound stained wood wine barrel cylindrical in form and having a banded inset copper top over the bulging sides and tapering bottom, the whole banded with rivited copper. The front middle mounted with gilt metal circular cartouche and opening for spigot located near the base. Apparently not marked. Approximate height 20.6", diameter of top 13.75".
