Likely Parisian, a twin set of gilt metal mounted square glass scent bottles, each with an ovular verre eglomise inset portrait of Madame Pompadour suspended between bands of gilt metal with gadroon and foliate patterning in relief and openwork scrolls, the stepped in shoulder surmounted by hexagonal faceted neck under flat saucer rim. Unmarked. Each approximate height 5.125", 2.375" square.
