French, 19th Century. French Louis XVI style carved fauteuil with floral and ribbon carved cresting over an oval padded upholstered back, joined to the acanthus carved arm with padded elbow rests over a padded upholstered seat on turned, tapered and fluted legs headed with patera block, the front legs terminating on casters. Height 39", width 24.5" (arm to arm), seat depth 20", seat height 17".
