18KT GOLD & ENAMEL POCKETWATCH CASE ENCLOSING PORTRAIT, DATED 1914, BY BESSIE CURRIE PATERSON:An 18kt yellow gold Hunter style pocket watch case enameled at one side with the bust-length portrait of a young lady, a single diamond and single white sapphire are inset at the top of her head, opening to a replaced painted portrait of a boy by Bessie Currie Paterson, signed and dated 1914 (see photo).
